Bug
Arcpy does not raise a traceback error when creating an invalid geometry. However, manually creating the geometry in ArcMap displays the following error message: "The feature could not be created. The geometry is invalid." Arcpy must raise a similar error message when creating an invalid geometry.

The coordinates used are creating an empty or null geometry. Many geometry formats support the idea of an empty geometry.Steps to Reproduce
