Description
Printing with ArcPress causes the map to scale incorrectly on the paper, or the printer to spool the correct size of blank paper. This occurs even when Use Printer Paper Settings is selected.Cause
A square customer paper size is set, for example, 34" x 34". This is a known issue.Workaround
Use a slightly rectangular paper size, for example 34" x 35".Steps to Reproduce
