Workaround

Workaround A: Create a firewall exception at network level to permit ArcPad workstations to side-step the proxy server for the organization. Workaround B: Alter the network configurations to implement an ‘invisible’ proxy, one that does not require the proxy settings to be set at all, even at the operating system (OS) level, but in fact route the http and https web traffic through the specified proxy automatically.
