ArcMap displays incorrect values for integer fields defined with a scale, for example, Number(*,0), in Oracle. The records display correctly if the scale is omitted to Number(*).

Workaround

Option 1: Use ArcGIS Pro 1.3.Option 2: Register the table with the geodatabase.Option 3: Use Number(*) instead of Number(*,0).
