Duplicate of NIM060601: This is a duplicate of this existing issue.

Workaround

  1. Within ArcMap or ArcCatalog, open the Metadata page for the feature layer.
  2. Instead of clicking on the Print option, right-click anywhere on the page. It brings up a menu with a Print option. Click on this option allows access to the print settings.
  3. Click on Print Preview > Print. This would also bring print settings.
