Run Data Management > Raster > Raster Properties toolset > Build Raster Attribute Table. Make sure that Overwrite is not selected. This will update the existing attribute table, keeping all the columns in the table. It will remove all entries which do not have valid values existing in the raster.Steps to Reproduce
