This issue is no longer reproducible on ArcGIS 10.2348Workaround
1. After pressing the Reconcile button in ArcMap > Message displays 'Conflicts occurred when posting. View conflicts?' > Click YES. 2. Conflicts Window appears (do not press the 'Conflict Display' button). 3. In the Table Of Contents in ArcMap, right-click Layers > Properties > General Tab > Labeling engine select 'ESRI Standard Label Engine' > Press OK. 4. Go back to Conflicts Window and press 'Conflict Display'. 5. Resolve Conflicts and close the Conflicts window. 6. Post to save the resolved conflicts to parent version. 7. In the Table Of Contents in ArcMap, right-click Layers > Properties > Choose 'ESRI Maplex Label Engine' > Press OK.Steps to Reproduce
