ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online does not perform proper open geospatial consortium (OGC) resource URL variable substitution when pulling the Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) tiles. Specifically, the style variable, '{style}', is not properly substituted by the ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Online WMTS client.
