Additional Information

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.

Workaround

  • Use any SQL Server-authenticated geodatabase administrator login (sde or dbo) for disconnecting users.
  • Use older releases of ArcMap.
  • Use ArcGIS Pro.
