Additional Information
In cases where there is no valid route between two orders in a VRP problem, the OD Cost Matrix Solver that is internally used to compute the time and distance between all orders takes a very long time to solve without hierarchy because it has to search every single street trying to find a route between the two orders. Users should correct the data to ensure all streets are connected and there are no restrictions that prevent travel between two orders. Or, solve using the hierarchical solver which only searches on a subset of the streets to solves faster.
Workaround
Check 'Use hierarchy' in the analysis which allows the analysis to terminate and provide an error message.
