Bug
ArcMap 10.5 and later interprets the latitude_of_origin incorrectly, and ECW (Enhanced Compression Wavelet) files with the NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Indiana_East_FIPS_1301_Feet projection are shifted north and no longer line up with existing shapefiles that previously matched in ArcGIS Desktop 10.4 and older.
