Seems to be fixed in our dev environment.Workaround
For Internet Explorer 8:1. Open IE8 browser, go to <a href="http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/azuretwitter/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/azuretwitter/index.html</a> .2. Press F12 key to open developer tools for IE8.3. Press Alt+8 to change the document mode to IE8 standards.4. Page shows up correctly.For IE9:1. Open IE9 browser, go to <a href="http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/azuretwitter/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/azuretwitter/index.html</a> .2. Press F12 key to open developer tools for IE9.3. Then press Alt+9 to change the document mode to IE9 standards.4. Page shows up correctly.Steps to Reproduce
