ArcGIS Workforce projects do not appear in the ArcGIS Workforce mobile app when a member is part of more than 400 groups in ArcGIS Online. The "No Maps. Maps will appear here once you've been added to them" error message is returned.

Additional Information

In ArcGIS Workforce, both the mobile and web apps are officially retired in the ArcGIS Online Q4 2026 update and in the ArcGIS Enterprise 12.2 Q4 2026 release.

Workaround

Delete or remove the user from unnecessary groups in ArcGIS Online.
