Workaround
- In Map Viewer Classic, use the Configure Popup configuration to edit what fields are visible in the attribute table.
- In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder (Portal and Developer Edition), go to the Widget tab, hover over the Attribute Table widget and click the 'Configure this widget' button. Under 'Configure layer fields', edit what fields are visible in the attribute table.
