Additional Information
Users must log in again in a separate tab because the sessionStorage is not shared between the tabs. When users log in, the app stores the login credential in sessionStorage (when not selecting 'Keep me signed in') or localStorage (when selecting 'Keep me signed in').Workaround
- Check the 'Keep me signed in' option.
- Duplicate the tab instead of opening a new tab as duplicated tabs share the sessionStorage.
