Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible. Launching the Track Viewer web app from the app launcher opens the app in a new tab, not within the same window as ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  1. Click on the browser's back button.
  2. Input the arcgis.com URL directly.
  3. Click on the profile or username.
