Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 (version 3.14).

Workaround

  1. Remove dates from the Open and Close boxes under Schedule survey.
  2. Set the status to Open.
  3. Save and refresh the survey.
  4. Current dates should now appear.
