Additional Information

This is caused by an Android device restriction. When clicking Share, the directory seems empty but the log files do exist.

Workaround

  1. Connect the device to the computer.
  2. Open the files app.
  3. Browse to Internal data > Android > Data > com.esri.survey123 > files > ArcGIS > My Survey123 > Logs.
