Workaround
Changing the URL mode to view the survey result. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/eb5324ebccfa413c9523c85b08837130/result/data?portalUrl=https://supt0020163.esri.com/portal
All the submitted surveys are displayed instead of specific Global ID for the submitted survey.
