ArcGIS Survey123 does not capture altitude for a geopoint question with esriFieldTypePointZ configured for the bind::esri:fieldType, when the location provided by the device is modified or when the location is manually provided by the user input.

After review by the development team, it is determined this behavior is as designed. No altitude or elevation value is recorded for a geopoint that is set manually by user input. The ArcGIS Survey123 documentation will be updated to include an explanation of this behavior.Steps to Reproduce
