Additional Information
This behavior is as designed. The default calculation mode for ArcGIS Survey123 calculations is set to Auto, which only recalculates when the question is empty or has not been previously modified by the user as referenced in the documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/prepopulateanswers.htm#:~:text=the%20calculation%20again.-,Calculation,-mode.
If the desired behavior is that the calculation recalculates every time a value referenced in the calculation is updated, a 'calculationMode=always' value should be added to the bind::esri:parameters column in the Survey123 Connect XLS form for the calculated question. The Always mode recalculates when any value referenced in the calculation expression changes as stated in the aforementioned documentation.
