ArcGIS Survey123 Connect does not properly filter the choices for the 'select_one' questions in a group with the table-list appearance.

Additional Information
The 'table-list' appearance relies on having the same choices for all questions in the group. This is why the ability to dynamically change the 'table-list' choices based on previous answers is not supported.Workaround
The suggested workaround is to use five separate 'select_one' questions with filtered choices applied. For example:
Q1: 1st preference (list of all available)
Q2: 2nd preference (list of all minus 1st selection)
Q3: 3rd preference (list of all minus 1st & 2nd selections)
Q4: 4th preference(list of all minus 1st, 2nd & 3rd selections)
Q5: 5th preference (list of all minus 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th selections).
