Additional Information
There was a data processing error in the ArcGIS StreetMap Premium North America 2024 Release 3 and Release 4 datasets. An updated vintage of the data with the LEFT or RIGHT_POSTAL_CODE values fixed has been sent to the user. The fix in the ArcGIS StreetMap Premium North America 2025 Release 2 version (2025 Q1 vintage) of the product will be available for other users.Steps to Reproduce
