Additional Information
ArcGIS StreetMap Premium provides other feature classes such as CountryAreas, SubNationalAreas, OtherDevelopedAreas, and CityAreas to be overlaid with PostalCodeAreas to get additional administrative names. Discussion with the data vendor on adding these additional names in the future release is initiated.Workaround
Reverting to the 2023 dataset is the current workaround but is not sustainable long-term for the user. ArcGIS StreetMap Premium also provides other feature classes such as CountryAreas, SubNationalAreas, OtherDevelopedAreas and CityAreas to be overlaid with PostalCodeAreas to get additional administrative names.
