ArcGIS StoryMap collection displays the error message, "ItemUnavailableTitle" for an item shared to a private group or a group where the user is not part of.

This is the current expected behavior. Previously, when items that were not shared at the same level as the collection were not shown to readers, this created a confusing experience regarding the sequence of item numbers and the total number of items in a collection. It also introduced mismatches between the collection item numbers shown in the collection and the numbers used to link directly to collection items. To resolve these issues, private items are now shown in the collection with placeholders. If the private items are not desirable, they can be removed from the collection.Steps to Reproduce
