ArcGIS Server with the web adaptor name 'gisservices' returns an error when adding locators from the Favorites tab in ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

1. In ArcGIS Pro, in the Catalog pane, on the Project tab, right-click Locators, and click Add Locator.
2. In the Select Existing Locator window, click Favorites, click the specific server connection, select the specific locator, and click OK..
