ArcGIS Server rest service's 'ArcGIS Explorer' link generates an .nmf file that is not compatible with ArcGIS Explorer 900. This is important, as our product (ArcGIS Server Geoportal extension) uses this link to launch the service in ArcGIS Explorer 900 from the metadata search interface.
