ArcGIS Server REST queries based on the ObjectID parameter fail when performed on a feature layer joined to a table when both the feature layer and table are stored in an ArcGIS 10.1 for Server or higher ArcSDE geodatabase.

Workaround

-Perform queries on the ObjectId fields using the where clause instead of the ObjectId parameter.-Use ArcSDE 9.3.1 or 10.0 to store the data.
