Additional Information
This bug is not reproducible in multiple environments. Upon performing root cause analysis, it is found that the domain name system (DNS) is not properly configured in the concerned environment.Workaround
Register the SQL Server 2017 database on RHEL 8.1 with ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 on RHEL 7.9, then register the SQL Server 2017 database RHEL 7.9.
