ArcGIS Server Manager role configuration page (arcgis/manager/roles.html) will refresh endlessly if the security store is switched to Built-In Store from Windows Domain Store after a Windows domain role was granted any privilege other than User.

Remove any erroneous JSON and JSON.LCK files from <a href="file:C:/arcgisserver/config-store/security/roles" target="_blank">C:\arcgisserver\config-store\security\roles</a> that are not associated with the built-in store. Then refresh the ArcGIS Server Manager web page.Steps to Reproduce
