ArcGIS Server layers and Third party internet tiled layers (Bing/OSM): Layer Properties dialog, Source tab. The Coordinate System information isn't shown correctly: The Projection used by the service's coordinate system is incorrectly listed as being the Coordinate System. The Coordinate System used by the service needs to be correctly listed in a separate line.
