Workaround

1. Set the Geoprocessing service parameter 'Show Messages' to 'None'. <a href="http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/10.3/publish-services/windows/geoprocessing-service-settings-parameters.htm" target="_blank">http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/10.3/publish-services/windows/geoprocessing-service-settings-parameters.htm</a>2. Delete the files as they grow too large.
