Bug
ArcGIS Server installation and AddInstance application fail to successfully create an ArcGIS instance on computers with multiple NICS and Web sites in IIS configured for port 80. After running AddInstance.exe to add ArcGIS2, the following error occurs: "Page can not be found" (HTTP Error 404).

This issue is based on the pre 10.1 architecture that is no longer being developed.Workaround
Changed two of the websites within IIS to port 81 and 82 respectively. Then ran the AddInstance.exe for the Default Website (port 80). Opened Server Manager withina browser window and was successful at logging into Server Manager.Steps to Reproduce
