ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 interprets the local date or time between “15/10/2017 00:00:00” and “15/10/2017 00:59:00” as incorrect epoch time when the ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 feature service is set to the time zone of “(UTC-3:00) Brasilia.”
