Additional Information

Visual Studio Express editions (for Windows Desktop and for Windows 10) do not currently support Visual Studio Extensions (VSIX). To work with Visual Studio Express editions please reference the Esri.ArcGISRuntime.* NuGet packages via NuGet.org via the NuGet Package Manager within Visual Studio Express.
