ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET 100.2.1 does not perform as well as ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET 100.1 when consuming large vector tile packages.

Additional Information
There are several improvements made in vector tile rendering over the course. In the re-evaluation of this issue using the latest version of the SDK, the performance has been found to be quite stable. The recommendation is to re-try with the latest version of ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET version 300.1.
