Additional Information
Unprojected data in GCS requires a certain level of densification in order to interpolate measures accurately. Refer to the documentation in https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pipeline-referencing-documents/lrs-data-in-geographic-coordinate-system/ta-p/1120770 for information about what densification level is required.
Workaround
Densify the route and centerlines to have vertices. Refer to https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pipeline-referencing-documents/lrs-data-in-geographic-coordinate-system/ta-p/1120770.
