ArcGIS returns an exception for WFS (Web Feature Service) GetFeature requests that contain a filter with qualified gml:id for a specific OGC-compliant service (Safe PR35732).

From Safe Software:"The valid values for gml:id in the WFS GetFeature <ogc:GmlObjectId> should not have any additional prefixes. The values should just equal to whatever gml:id values are available in the GML dataset, in this case it should just be "F1_1"; no modifications, neither prefixes or suffixes should be added."Grundwassertemperatur_in_Grad_Celsius.F1_1" does not exist as a gml:id"Steps to Reproduce
