ArcGIS QuickCapture QR code scanner returns the error message, "Can't access this project: Either the project has not been shared with you or the URL is invalid." when scanning a non-public project QR code that is owned by another user and is shared through a group.

Workaround
Select Browse Projects, and download the shared project manually in the mobile application.
