Additional Information

This issue is no longer reproducible at the current version of ArcGIS QuickCapture. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

  1. Navigate to the feature layers settings.
  2. Turn off:
    1. Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features).
    2. Keep track of who edited the data (editor name, date and time).
  3. Click Save.
  4. Turn on:
    1. Keep track of changes to the data (add, update, delete features).
    2. Keep track of who edited the data (editor name, date and time).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Send the records online from the mobile device, ensuring they are successfully sent.

The other workaround is to allow null values when creating the new field in the ArcGIS Online feature layer for the domain field.
