ArcGIS Pro Task Steps are unable to carry over enabled commands from previous steps, for example Copy and Paste resulting in, "Error: Cannot run command assigned to the step. It is not enabled."

Workaround
Options: (1) Run the task in Manual mode and add instructions to right-click in order for Commands to become enabled. (2) Use the Append tool on AutoRun in place of Copy and Paste.Steps to Reproduce
