ArcGIS Pro Share Web Scene does not return error 00233 if a global scene is in WGS 84, and if the elevation layer is in another coordinate system.

Workaround

1. Project the elevation layer into the WGS 84 coordinate system.
2. Elevation Layer > Geoprocessing Tool: Project Raster.
3. Project the elevation layer into the WGS 84 coordinate system.
4. Replace the elevation layer in the other coordinate system with the re-projected elevation layer in the scene content and share the scene again to ArcGIS Online.
