ArcGIS Pro sends requests to server when creating a new feature despite when the auto cache is turned on.

Additional Information
This is as designed when panning outside of a cached area these requests appears until the cache are filled. The cache may need to be manually filled if the layer does not meet the cache criteria as outlined in the bug.Workaround
Press button "Fill", and wait for Pro message indicating cache is created - snapping request is no longer generates requests to ArcGIS server, until user advances to new extent.
