ArcGIS Pro returns the error message, "Your account does not have Publishing Privileges" when using port 7443 in the URL of Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) and Single Sign-On is enabled.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Enterprise does not support connecting to the portal using the 7443 URL from clients (e.g. ArcGIS Pro). Connect to the portal using the web adaptor URL.
