Bug
ArcGIS Pro returns the error message: "ERROR: code:403, You do not have permissions to access this resource or perform this operation. Access to this resource is forbidden, regardless of authorization" when a secured ArcGIS Server service with stored credentials in ArcGIS Online is accessed through the active portal if the active portal is not the licensing portal in ArcGIS Pro.
