ArcGIS Pro requests authentication to use a custom basemap created using a WMTS service that does not have authentication set on it.

Workaround

• Add a new map to the same project and add the basemap; no credentials are requested.
• Close the dialog box by clicking OK without providing any inputs; it allows users to add the basemap.
