ArcGIS Pro performs slower when importing an existing field schema to create a new feature class than running the Create Feature Class geoprocessing tool.

Additional Information
The performance of creating a feature class via the wizard using a template class is improved but the ability to modify the names of fields in the field set does have a cost. The Create Feature Class geoprocessing tool works with a read-only field set and hence does not have the additional cost.Workaround
- Use the Create Feature Class geoprocessing tool.
- Use ArcGIS Desktop.
