Additional Information

This issue occurs with Microsoft Windows 2016. If the user is unable to update the OS to Microsoft Windows 2019 or newer, changing the Rendering engine setting in ArcGIS Pro to OpenGL resolves the issue. For more information, refer to: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/properties/display-options.htm If possible, update the OS to Microsoft Windows 2019 to allow the full ability without the driver-related error in Microsoft Windows 2016, including being able to leave DirectX on instead of switching to OpenGL.
