Workaround
Convert the original .dat file into a multidimensional format (NetCDF) using the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro. Once the data is converted to a .crf file, export the raster as a TIFF file.
Note: The workaround is not feasible for a huge amount of raw data.
