Additional Information
This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
- Go to the portal item.
- Navigate to Portal > Sharing > REST and use the Update Item operation to change the URL from https://geoservices.bayern.de/wms/v2/ogc_dop80_oa.cgi to https://geoservices.bayern.de/wms/v2/ogc_dop80_oa.cgi?version=1.1.1.
